For the patient portal
- Log into the Patient Portal. Then you need to provide a username and a password.
- If you know your username and password already, you can easily access it.
It has the same login method for practice staff as the patient portal. You will need to create a username and provide a password.
How to reset a password?
- If you have forgotten or have login issues, you can easily reset your password by tapping the forgotten word button.
- Then, you need to provide your username, which you make to log into the portal.
- You will then fill up your date of birth and last name in the box section.
- A verification method will be written: “I am not a robot.” You will click on this box.
After that, you will click the request email button.
- Then, a notification of email will arrive to reset the password. By providing a new password, you can easily log into the account again.
