Benefits of the IU Health Employee Portal
The IU Health Employee Portal is a web-based system that helps employees track their health history, access health benefits information, and communicate with their healthcare providers.
How does it work?
When employees fill out the online, secure application, it’s sent to the IU Health Patient Relations department. The department searches for existing Medical Information Forms (forms used when an employee needs to schedule an appointment, fill out a medication form, or return their Medication Schedule to the IU Health Pharmacy department).
The IU Health Employee Portal helps employees keep up with the latest health news and resources and connect with IU Health resources and services.

Starting July 1, 2016, all IU Health employees using IU Health’s new portal, IU Health Employee Portal, must log in through this portal. The new portal will be the only online source of information for all IU Health employees.

How to access my IU Health email?
To access this site, you need an IU Health Active Directory account (login credentials used for IU Health computers and Outlook).
- From the Applications menu, navigate to Settings.
- Select the accounts area and select Add Account.
- Enter your IU Health email address and passphrase, and tap Next.
- A pop-up window titled Remote security administration will appear with a message.
